The room is very well planned, so despite its size, everything is well-thought out: from the pull-out coffee tray and pull-out work tray, the under-bed pull-out luggage storage, to the purple chairs that slide under the side tables. All are functional, so our things are within easy reach. The location is excellent - we walked to Macy's, walked to see the lights at Rockefeller Center and Times Square, walked to Penn Station to catch a train to Central Park.... if you want to walk and slow down to see things at your own pace, this is a great hotel to stay. When the walking became too much, it was easy to return to the hotel, recover and go again! Little things count for a lot - the provision of bottled water upon request is greatly appreciated. One less thing to worry about when you're traveling (hydrate!). The coffee machine is clean; this is not a big ask, but many hotels don't clean their cups, never mind their machines. We notice! There's always someone at the front desk and they were always friendly and helpful when I asked questions on how to get to places (even which train to take). Overall, they made a small weekend a great experience.

Great vibe! The room itself -- super clean, quiet (we requested a quiet room away from the elevators, and they honored our request). Front lobby staff was very friendly. The west 30's in NYC aren't always the best, but all the things we were doing revolved around that area - Javits Center, getting to the subway to go to TKTS to buy show tickets and getting from/to Grand Central for our trains. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great - plush towels, fulls glass doors for the shower, toiletries provided (wall mounted, which we prefer - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand/body lotion and hand soap next to the sink), hair dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very cool, loved how comfy the bed was and how easy it was to sign into the wifi, the staff was very nice and the complimentary coffee and free water and the complimentary front desk drinks/snacks was great. The staff was very helpful and even held our bags for us after checking out so we could walk in the city for a while. The atmosphere was great and was a good deal only paid close to three hundred for the night. No one bothered us and me and my girlfriend had a great time.

Our bags were stored for a couple hours as we had arrived early and then we got an earlier checkin at 130pm. Our room was on the 9th floor and very quiet when the windows were closed. Wifi worked very well. Easy access to the city to walk everywhere or grab a subway in any direction. Our shower door leaked since the rubber piece was coming off and someone came to fix it right away which was great! The free coffee and cookies is a nice bonus in the afternoons.

This property is a hidden gem! ♥️ Cute, clean, and cozy! I loved all the amenities and extras! Freddy at the front desk was exceptional and made us feel like family, he was kind, courteous and attentive. Not many people know of this place but I will spread the word and be back! Check it out, you will love it. 🍍♥️Thank you for a wonderful stay!
