It was super close to the 34-Penn Station subway station. And it was within walking distance to a lot of attractions as well. They give you a free reusable water bottle to fill up in their lobby and a coupon to exchange for a drink in their fridge. The staff was super helpful and I was surprised that I was able to check in at 11:45am. Room was clean and comfortable. The street noise also wasn't really that noticeable and I was on the 3rd floor facing 36th Ave.

It was an amazing location,smack dab in the middle of everything. You can walk from Penn Station and at night to Times Square. It's 10 mins from Edge as well. The room is decent sized with a good air conditioner. The hotel provided sufficient towels,coffee machines, and toiletries. Every morning and evening , there was coffee and tea available in the lobby. I loved the water fountain in the lobby where you can get filtered water, sparkling water and hot water.

Clean, bed was extremely comfortable, duvet for each person, like sleeping on a cloud. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The were some really nice touches including free water bottle, water and free cookies. Having a staff be present in the lobby at all times is also very nice and comforting.

This property was a quick walk from the train station and close to all the action. Staff was great. Room was comfortable and had a space to put away luggage under the bed. Robes were nice. Bed was wonderful. Water bottles were complimentary with free refillable water in the lobby. We got two free flavored beverages as well. Overall great place to stay.

My room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable! It was centrally located, perfect if you've not been to New York City and want to be able to walk to lots of highlights. I appreciated that they provided me with earplugs, which allowed me not to hear the street noises at all. Every staff member I talked to was great, one of the receptionists though was particularly friendly, smiling and kind, working the night shifts - sorry I forgot his name (Luis? but I might be wrong!), I was grateful for his kindness! Also don't listen to the reviews saying there is no daily cleaning, it's not true at all, just let them know if you want your room to be cleaned and they will do it very nicely!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were fabulous! We didn’t know there were 2 full bathrooms in our Cosmic Suite! Also, there were 2 Keurig Coffee makers, and a Murphy bed for additional guests. The bed was super comfortable, the thermostats in both rooms were easy to operate, and the TV’s were huge! This property didn’t disappoint!! We loved the robes, thick thirsty towels, and all the soaps,shampoos, and lotions. The cookies and still water were delicious. We stayed there during the Westminster Dog Show and some of the top dogs were staying there as well. We met some very nice exhibitors there. We will definitely stay there again….hopefully with a pooch!!

The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent!! You also get a free snack upon arrival which is nice. Storing luggage was a plus.
